A steeply sloping site is not the easiest location in which to create a modern, working kitchen garden. Three large terraces were formed providing areas for vegetables, fruit and a cutting garden. Cunningly-designed ramped steps allow easy wheelbarrow access and a small pond with seating offers somewhere to sit and relax at the end of a busy, productive day.
